Salesforce Administrator / L2 Support

R Systems

Job Description & Details

This is a solid Level 2 support and Salesforce admin gig dealing with a commercial tech ecosystem in the aesthetics space. You'll be the bridge between field sales, customer care, and the deeper technical teams, untangling data mess, fixing integration alerts, and wrangling complex hierarchies.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Expect to spend your days knee-deep in triage, resolving CRM incidents, sorting out territory alignment, and fixing data quality issues like duplicate accounts or broken provider-to-practice relationships. You'll also partner closely with Finance to troubleshoot billing discrepancies and work alongside the core Salesforce team to design preventive validation rules and flows that stop recurring headaches before they start.

The Core Tech Stack

You need deep, hands-on fluency in Salesforce Administration, specifically declarative automation like Flows, data loader operations, and account hierarchy management. Familiarity with Salesforce B2B Commerce (CloudCraze), Service Cloud, IQVIA OCE, and ServiceNow for incident tracking will make your life much easier here, as you'll be constantly bridging CRM data with ERP and web integrations.

Interview Expectations

They are going to probe deeply into your troubleshooting methodology, likely asking you to walk through how you handle a messy data load that corrupted account hierarchies right before a major sales push. The hiring manager wants to see that you can methodically trace an integration failure, figure out if it needs a quick flow adjustment or dev escalation, and explain your technical findings clearly to both a frustrated sales rep and a director.

Application Advice

Make sure your resume highlights your specific experience with Level 2 triage, declarative automation, and bulk data corrections rather than just listing basic admin tasks. Explicitly drop keywords like Salesforce Administrator, data stewardship, Flow, duplicate management, and integration monitoring into your bullet points so you easily clear the ATS filter.
