Job Description & Details

This is a serious technical program management role where you'll be wrangling complex cross-functional initiatives bridging traditional software delivery with modern AI-enabled workflows. If you enjoy sitting at the intersection of engineering, product, and business while leveraging AI to optimize operations, this gig will keep you on your toes.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll be owning programs end-to-end—from initial intake and strategy alignment all the way to value realization. Your days will involve herding cats across engineering, product, and business stakeholders, managing heavy interdependencies between production support and core software development teams. You won't just be updating spreadsheets; you'll be actively designing real-time program dashboards and driving Agile ceremonies across Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid models while keeping an eye on operational inefficiencies.

The Core Tech Stack

You need to know your way around Jira, Smartsheet, and Airtable like the back of your hand, but that's just table stakes. This role heavily emphasizes using AI-assisted tools—think Cursor, Claude, and custom agentic workflows—to automate task creation, status updates, and risk management. Familiarity with technical environments touching marketing platforms and media/studio applications will make you dangerous here.

Interview Expectations

Expect the hiring panel to test your ability to handle ambiguous cross-functional dependencies and resource bottlenecks under tight deadlines. They are likely to ask you to describe a time a major technical project derailed and how you used data and stakeholder management to steer it back on track. They want to see that you don't just panic or escalate blindly, but instead bring structured, proactive solutions to the table.

Application Advice

Your resume needs to heavily feature your experience managing complex, technical software development portfolios, specifically highlighting metrics where you improved velocity or efficiency. Make sure to explicitly include keywords like 'Agile program execution', 'agentic workflows', 'Jira', and 'cross-functional roadmap' so you easily clear the ATS filters before a human ever reads your accomplishments.
