Job Description & Details
This is a heavy-hitting program management role driving massive enterprise transformations across IT infrastructure, Finance systems, and complex M&A integrations. If you enjoy wrangling massive distributed programs, steering executive committees, and cleaning up chaotic legacy environments into lean ServiceNow-driven ecosystems, this one's for you.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll be juggling multiple high-stakes programs concurrently—from cloud migrations and data center modernizations to full-scale post-merger integrations and Lead-to-Cash implementations. Expect to spend your days running PI planning sessions, setting up PMO governance models, unblocking distributed technical teams, and managing vendor spend while keeping C-level executives happy with real-time dashboards and bulletproof RAID logs.
The Core Tech Stack
You need a deep working knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management) and enterprise infrastructure spanning cloud, networking, storage, and virtualization. On the business side, you'll be living in the weeds of Lead-to-Cash processes and Finance tech (ERP, billing, revenue management), so understanding how these systems talk to each other during an M&A carve-out is non-negotiable.
Interview Expectations
They are going to test your mettle on handling scope creep and executive pushback under tight timelines. Be ready to explain a time when a major program went off the rails during a post-merger integration, and how you managed the cross-functional dependencies to still hit your Day 1 readiness. They want to see that you can command a room of skeptical VPs and actually drive consensus.
Application Advice
Your resume needs to scream enterprise-scale program delivery rather than just project coordination. Make sure to explicitly highlight your years leading SAFe/Scrum ceremonies, your specific experience running ServiceNow-based transformations, and the hard numbers behind the M&A budgets and synergy targets you've hit in past roles.
