This is a solid, hands-on Marketing Manager gig focused squarely on CRM execution and campaign management within the consumer electronics space. If you like owning the end-to-end lifecycle of customer communications and analyzing what actually drives conversions rather than just vanity metrics, this role gives you plenty of room to operate.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Expect to spend your days knee-deep in CRM platforms, executing campaigns across various Home Entertainment categories, and wrangling JIRA tickets to keep agency partners on schedule. You'll constantly be balancing creative alignment with hard data, reviewing post-campaign metrics to figure out why a specific segment converted or dropped off, and pitching process efficiencies to streamline how marketing assets get deployed.
The Core Tech Stack
You need a strong command of Adobe Campaign Manager and audience management systems to run these workflows effectively. Alongside that, day-to-day survival requires advanced Excel for heavy quantitative analysis, PowerPoint for executive presentations, and JIRA/Confluence to track tasks. Knowing your way around Figma is a nice bonus since you'll be coordinating closely with creative teams on consumer-centric copy.
Interview Expectations
You will likely get grilled on your experience with audience segmentation and how you handle conflicting priorities across multiple product categories. The hiring manager is going to want to hear a specific war story about a campaign that underperformed, how you used data in Excel or Adobe Campaign to diagnose the issue, and what you changed next time to fix it.
