Oracle Fusion SCM TPM

Job Description & Details

This is a heavy-hitting technical program management role where you'll own the delivery of complex Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM transformations from kickoff to hypercare. If you enjoy herding cats across disparate business units, third-party vendors, and technical workstreams while keeping executive stakeholders happy, this gig will test your limits in all the right ways.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll spend your days driving end-to-end implementation and deployment initiatives across core modules like Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Supply Chain Planning. Your real job is removing roadblocks—whether that means untangling an OIC integration mess, aligning business process owners during design workshops, or managing data migration cutovers. Expect to live in RAID logs, track milestone delivery like your life depends on it, and quarterback SIT/UAT cycles without letting scope creep sink the timeline.

The Core Tech Stack

You need deep, battle-tested expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management and a firm grasp of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) alongside REST/SOAP APIs. The team relies on your technical literacy to oversee middleware integrations, extensions, and data conversion pipelines. Knowing how to bridge the gap between functional supply chain requirements and the underlying technical architecture is non-negotiable here.

Interview Expectations

Be ready to walk through a time a major go-live went sideways and how you managed the fallout during hypercare. The hiring manager is secretly testing your crisis management skills and wants to see if you can own an escalation without pointing fingers. They'll also likely grill you on how you handle tricky cross-functional dependencies between inventory, manufacturing, and procurement without blowing out the project budget.

Application Advice

Your resume needs to scream Oracle Cloud SCM delivery experience rather than generic project management buzzwords. Make sure to explicitly highlight keywords like Oracle Integration Cloud, data migration cutovers, and specific modules such as Order Management or Procurement to clear the ATS. Frame your past projects around quantifiable metrics like budget management, timeline adherence, and successful go-lives.
