Job Description & Details
This contract role is all about owning the operational backbone of a Commercial Enablement team, keeping training logistics, travel, and tech platforms running smoothly for employees and distributors. If you enjoy untangling complex administrative bottlenecks and keeping cross-functional training initiatives on track, this gig gives you the autonomy to make a tangible impact without getting bogged down by endless oversight.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll spend your days juggling travel logistics, managing event forecasting, and coordinating facility setups for training programs while relentlessly hunting for ways to trim operational costs. You'll also act as an administrator for training technologies and testing platforms like Questionmark or Qstream, pulling data reports and occasionally even delivering instructor-led training. Expect to proactively spot logistical bottlenecks before they derail the US sales and Commercial Learning teams, acting as the go-to subject matter expert for department operations.
The Core Tech Stack
You'll need a rock-solid foundation in the MS Office Suite, advanced database management skills, and the ability to comfortably navigate electronic testing platforms and learning tech. Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a massive plus here, as you'll be administering educational software, maintaining accurate training records, and running analytical reports to prove the ROI of these enablement initiatives.
Interview Expectations
When you talk to the hiring manager, expect them to test your crisis management and project prioritization skills. They'll likely ask you to describe a time when a major event or training logistics plan fell apart at the last minute and how you course-corrected without draining the budget. They are secretly trying to figure out if you wait to be told what to do or if you naturally step up, anticipate risks, and clear obstacles independently. Another likely angle will be testing your data fluency—be ready to explain how you've previously translated raw training metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
Application Advice
To get past the automated screeners and land this role, your resume needs to explicitly mirror the language found in the job description. Make sure terms like operations management, training logistics, LMS administration, database management, and cross-functional collaboration are front and center in your work history. Don't just list your past administrative duties; quantify your impact by highlighting how many programs you managed, travel budgets you optimized, or training technologies you successfully administered.
