This is a heavy-hitting, senior-level consulting role where you will be expected to architect and deliver complex SAP Analytics solutions across hybrid environments without much hand-holding. What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll spend your days designing native HANA data models, mapping out ETL pipelines, and building out high-visibility dashboards while occasionally jumping into the sales cycle as a subject matter expert. You need absolute mastery over Native HANA modeling, complex SQL, and ETL processes, combined with enterprise-grade visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. Because this role demands both functional business process knowledge and deep technical chops, your background in SAP BI/BW/HANA integration is non-negotiable, and having ABAP experience tucked in your back pocket will give you a massive edge over other applicants.
Interview Expectations
The hiring manager is likely going to test your architectural chops by asking you to design an end-to-end hybrid BI solution for a massive dataset while dealing with conflicting stakeholder requirements. They are secretly testing your ability to handle chaos, evaluate trade-offs between on-prem and cloud options, and defend your technical choices under pressure.
