Job Description & Details
This contract role is all about building a brand new PCARD application from scratch while working within MST hours. You'll be spending your time translating requirements into working features, managing project risks, and shipping code while coordinating with a standard project management and development team.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
You will drop straight into building a full-stack solution using modern web and backend technologies. Your days will involve hammering out C# and React code, hooking up APIs, interfacing with SQL databases, and attending regular standups to report progress. Beyond writing clean code, you will need to actively surface blockers, document risks, and keep key stakeholders updated through weekly status reports while navigating a structured corporate delivery pipeline.
The Core Tech Stack
Your bread and butter here will be .NET, C#, SQL, APIs, React, and TypeScript. They need someone who can comfortably build robust backend logic and wire it up to a sleek, type-safe frontend. If you also know your way around Azure DevOps, Entity Framework Core, Docker, and Azure cloud services, you'll be lightyears ahead because the team relies heavily on modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments.
Interview Expectations
Expect the hiring panel to test your real-world architecture chops by asking how you handle state management and error handling across a React and .NET microservices boundary. They want to see how you troubleshoot concurrency issues in C# and design scalable APIs, so be ready to walk them through a time you debugged a gnarly performance bottleneck in production.
Application Advice
Make sure your resume highlights your hands-on .NET and React experience front and center, explicitly dropping keywords like TypeScript, SQL, and APIs into your project descriptions. The ATS here is calibrated to screen for full-stack capability, so make sure your technical summary clearly connects your past web application builds to enterprise deployment environments.
