SaaS Program Manager

Cynet Systems

Job Description & Details

This is a heavy-hitting SaaS Program Manager role based out of Bothell, WA, where you'll be driving complex enterprise cloud transformations and multi-workstream platform migrations. If you enjoy wrangling massive cross-functional teams, sorting out delivery bottlenecks, and wrangling enterprise platforms like Salesforce or Workday without losing your sanity, this contract offers a great chance to make an immediate, high-visibility impact.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll spend your days orchestrating large-scale SaaS initiatives, keeping engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams aligned on tight delivery schedules. Expect to draft roadmaps, run steering committee meetings for executive leadership, track burn rates, and untangle sticky vendor dependencies. You'll also be the bridge between technical architects and business stakeholders, ensuring that whatever lands in production actually drives user adoption and business value.

The Core Tech Stack

You need a deep, foundational understanding of SaaS delivery models, subscription lifecycles, and cloud operations across major hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, or Workday is critical, alongside fluency in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery frameworks to keep distributed development teams moving fast.

Interview Expectations

Expect the hiring manager to throw a complex scenario your way about a massive SaaS migration hitting a critical blocker due to a cross-functional misalignment between security and engineering; they want to see your specific playbook for risk mitigation and escalation management. They will also drill into your financial governance experience, asking how you handle budget overruns and resource forecasting when a project scope inevitably creeps mid-stream.

Application Advice

To get past the ATS, make sure your resume explicitly highlights phrases like 'enterprise SaaS implementations,' 'cross-functional program management,' 'cloud transformation,' and 'budget forecasting.' Don't just list your job duties; quantify your impact by mentioning the scale of the budgets you've managed, the size of the teams you've led, and the exact enterprise platforms you've successfully brought live.
