Senior EUC / Endpoint Engineer

Logisoft Technologies, Inc.

Job Description & Details

This is a heavy-duty, enterprise-grade End-User Computing role where you will be orchestrating the modern workplace migration away from legacy infrastructure. Logisoft Technologies needs someone who can hit the ground running with cloud-first device management while keeping hybrid and legacy systems stable. If you like the challenge of managing massive fleets of mixed Windows and Apple hardware without drowning in manual tasks, this is the environment for it.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Expect to spend your days knee-deep in Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot configurations, moving the organization further away from traditional imaging and GPOs. You will be packaging complex Win32 and macOS applications, setting up deployment rings, and troubleshooting stubborn driver or update issues using Endpoint Analytics and PowerShell. It's a mix of strategic modern provisioning design and tactical firefighting when a compliance policy bricks an update ring or conditional access blocks executive access.

The Core Tech Stack

You absolutely must know Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, and Entra ID inside and out. Beyond the Microsoft ecosystem, strong Apple MDM experience using Jamf Pro or Workspace ONE is critical because this isn't a windows-only shop. If you cannot write robust PowerShell scripts from scratch to automate Graph API calls or handle complex app detection rules, you're going to struggle here.

Interview Expectations

The hiring managers are going to test your real-world architectural thinking and incident response. They'll likely ask you to explain how you would troubleshoot a silent app deployment failure across a phased ring where the detection script passes locally but fails remotely in Intune. They want to hear about your methodology—log parsing, error codes, and your approach to rollback plans. Another classic question they'll throw at you involves designing a zero-touch Autopilot provisioning workflow for remote users while maintaining strict security baselines with BitLocker and Defender; they're secretly listening for how you balance user experience with enterprise security posture.

Application Advice

Don't just list every tool you've ever touched; tailor your resume to mirror the exact terminology in this posting like 'Windows Autopilot', 'Microsoft Graph API', and 'application packaging dependencies'. Highlight projects where you successfully migrated users from on-prem Active Directory to Entra ID or transitioned legacy imaging to modern cloud provisioning. ATS filters will be looking for those exact phrases, and the human reviewing your CV wants to see measurable scale—tell them how many endpoints you managed.
