Machine Operator

Cynet Systems Inc.

Job Description & Details

This is a hands-on manufacturing and assembly role based in Temecula, CA, requiring precision and physical endurance for a contract term. It is a straightforward production gig where your ability to follow strict standard operating procedures and handle minute components will dictate your daily success.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You will spend your shifts performing detailed assembly and manufacturing work, often peering through microscopes to manipulate small parts using hand tools. Expect long hours on your feet or sitting, combined with physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and reaching, all while strictly adhering to safety and quality protocols.

The Core Tech Stack

Since this is an operator role, you won't be writing code, but your toolkit will consist of precision hand tools, microscopes, and basic math for measurements and tallies. Passing a rigorous eye exam and color vision test is non-negotiable here because your visual acuity directly impacts the quality control of the manufactured parts.

Interview Expectations

The hiring manager is going to want proof of your reliability and your attention to detail under repetitive conditions. They will likely ask you to describe a time you caught a defect in a fast-paced environment and how you handled a situation where safety policies conflicted with production speed. They are secretly looking for someone who doesn't cut corners and treats quality standards as absolute law.

Application Advice

Make sure your resume highlights any past experience with precision assembly, microscope work, or handling delicate physical parts. Keywords like manufacturing, hand tools, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control, and basic mathematics need to be explicitly mentioned to clear the automated ATS filters and catch the recruiter's eye.
