This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own the support delivery and solution governance for Oracle EBS financial applications. What You'll Actually Be Doing
Expect to act as the primary operational point of contact, balancing production support operations with strategic service management. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with onshore and offshore teams, keeping SLAs green, and driving process automation to eliminate repetitive support tickets. You'll also spend a good chunk of time generating performance analytics, reporting KPIs, and refining operational standards to keep both the internal firm and the client happy.
The Core Tech Stack
Your primary toolkit centers on Oracle EBS financials—specifically AP, AR, GL, CM, and iSupplier—with a heavy emphasis on end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles. Because you're leading solution delivery, you also need a strong grasp of financial controls and accounting impacts, combined with enough Excel and PowerPoint wizardry to build executive-ready status reports that actually make sense.
Interview Expectations
They're going to test your production troubleshooting mettle, so expect a scenario-based question about a high-severity O2C or P2P failure and how you would coordinate a fix across a distributed global team. The hiring manager is looking for your operational triage process and how you manage client panic under pressure.
