IT Project/Program Manager-Level 4 - Lead

Everforth Apex

Job Description & Details

This is a heavy-hitting leadership role for someone who knows enterprise supply chain platforms inside and out, specifically within large-scale operations. You aren't just managing Jira tickets here; you are owning complex technical transformations and steering major integration strategies for a globally recognized client base. If you enjoy wrangling massive technology roadmaps and talking architecture with both C-level stakeholders and deep-in-the-weeds engineers, this is right up your alley.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Your day-to-day will be a mix of high-level stakeholder management and hands-on guidance for technical delivery teams. You will spend a good chunk of your morning reviewing project roadmaps, ensuring that timelines align with aggressive enterprise targets, and resolving resource bottlenecks. Later, you'll likely dive into supply chain planning platform integrations, troubleshooting data modeling roadblocks, or refining IT governance frameworks to keep everything moving smoothly without sacrificing delivery quality.

The Core Tech Stack

The absolute non-negotiable here is deep, hands-on Kinaxis Maestro or RapidResponse expertise, paired with a solid grasp of how it integrates with SAP S/4HANA. The hiring team needs someone who understands data modeling, configuration, and automation within Kinaxis rather than just high-level project theory. Experience with modern enterprise tooling like Azure DevOps, Confluence, and various Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms will also heavily support your day-to-day execution.

Interview Expectations

Expect the interview panel to grill you on your direct experience managing complex Kinaxis and SAP integrations under tight deadlines, so be ready to walk them through a specific project where an enterprise rollout hit a wall and how you unblocked it. They are secretly testing your conflict-resolution skills and your technical depth—looking to see if you can roll up your sleeves and understand the data architecture yourself rather than just relying on your engineers to translate problems for you.

Application Advice

To get past the ATS, your resume needs to prominently feature exact keyword matches like 'Kinaxis Maestro', 'RapidResponse', 'SAP S/4HANA integration', and 'enterprise IT program leadership'. Don't just list these terms in a skills block; weave them naturally into your bullet points by highlighting the scale of the budgets you've managed, the size of the teams you've led, and the measurable business outcomes you achieved during past supply chain transformations.
