Planisware Technical Architect

Everforth Apex

Job Description & Details

This is a heavy-hitting architecture role where you will own the entire Planisware footprint for large enterprise clients, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and deep platform configuration. If you enjoy untangling complex resource planning, financial modeling, and data migration bottlenecks across massive R&D and manufacturing environments, this gig is right up your alley. You are not just writing docs here; you are actively steering how enterprise organizations manage multi-million dollar product portfolios.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Your days will be split between high-level architectural design sessions with IT leadership and rolling up your sleeves to fix sticky integration and configuration challenges. You will spend a lot of time mapping out how Planisware talks to heavy-hitters like SAP, Jira, and enterprise SSO layers, making sure data flows seamlessly without breaking security protocols. Expect to lead data migration strategies, troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks, and mentor internal engineers who are trying to spin up a Planisware Center of Excellence from scratch.

The Core Tech Stack

You need absolute mastery over Planisware Enterprise and SaaS architectures, specifically when it comes to resource allocation, scenario planning, and project financial management. Beyond Planisware itself, you must be comfortable integrating enterprise platforms using robust APIs and middleware, particularly connecting with SAP, Jira, and Azure ecosystems. Knowing your way around enterprise data lake architectures and Power BI reporting will also make or break your ability to deliver end-to-end visibility for stakeholders.

Interview Expectations

They are going to probe deeply into your past Planisware implementation failures and how you recovered, looking for real-world scars regarding data migration cutovers and performance tuning under heavy loads. Be prepared for a scenario-based question where they ask you to design a multi-environment strategy and enterprise integration pipeline connecting Planisware to SAP and Jira; the hiring manager is secretly testing whether you can foresee downstream dependency conflicts before they stall a deployment.

Application Advice

Make sure your resume doesn't just list Planisware as a skill, but explicitly highlights large-scale implementations, enterprise integrations, and data migration strategies you have personally architected. Sprinkle in keywords like portfolio management, SAP integration, resource planning, and solution governance to clear the initial ATS filters and show the recruiter you have the exact enterprise-grade pedigree they are hunting for.
