This is a hands-on, contractor role focused heavily on wrangling enterprise learning management systems, specifically Workday Learning and Docebo. If you enjoy managing training campaigns, untangling integration issues, and fielding end-user support tickets without the corporate fluff, this 3-month gig is right up your alley.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll spend your days buried in course setups, launching annual compliance campaigns, and configuring instructor-led training across both sandbox and production environments. A good chunk of your time will go toward pulling monthly metrics, wrestling with Tableau connectivity, and making sure Udemy integrations and skills data imports don't break. You'll also field support tickets, guide confused employees through new UI rollouts, and handle the administrative headache of monthly and quarterly product releases.
The Core Tech Stack
You absolutely need deep, hands-on experience with Workday Learning Administration and Docebo LMS. This isn't a high-level strategy role; you need to know how to build learning journeys, batch-categorize courses, and troubleshoot integration pipelines.
