This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch Salesforce Administrator role tied to a major Treasury Management initiative. You'll be working closely with a Product Manager and Lead Admin to spin up brand-new Voice Center workflows that directly impact client experience.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Expect to spend your days knee-deep in system configuration, translating rough business requirements into scalable solutions. You'll be designing custom objects, setting up security profiles, and building complex automations to make sure support agents handling Treasury Management issues have a seamless experience. Because this is a greenfield build, you will own the end-to-end technical implementation for your deliverables while actively participating in daily Agile ceremonies.
The Core Tech Stack
You need absolute fluency in Salesforce Flow Builder for automation, along with deep practical experience handling user setups, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets. Beyond native configuration, having familiarity with VS Code, Jira, Git, and basic API integrations will give you a massive edge since you'll be coordinating with broader technical squads.
Interview Expectations
Expect the hiring team to present a complex, messy business requirement and ask you to whiteboard a Flow automation strategy on the spot. They want to see if you naturally default to best practices—like using record-triggered flows efficiently without hitting governor limits—or if you hack things together. They'll also probe your experience with stakeholder management, looking for proof that you can push back on unrealistic business requests using clean, scalable data models.
