Deployment Strategist - Python/ Palantir AIP

Not Disclosed

Job Description & Details

This is a heavy-hitting federal-facing deployment role where you'll embed directly with clients to build and ship applications using Palantir Foundry and AIP. If you enjoy bridging the gap between raw data and high-level government operators while writing actual production code, this multiyear contract offers a chance to make a tangible impact.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll spend your days acting as the technical glue between cross-functional teams, translating messy client requirements into actual functional prototypes and scaled deployments. Expect to rapidly iterate from scratch, turning disparate data into structured workflows and pipelines. You'll be working closely with both technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders, meaning you need to be comfortable demoing features to leadership one minute and debugging Python scripts the next.

The Core Tech Stack

Python is your primary weapon here, complemented by TypeScript and SQL for handling complex datasets. More importantly, you need hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform). The company relies on these tools to process massive amounts of structured and unstructured data in secure environments, so knowing how to leverage AIP for real-world client workflows is non-negotiable. Active Secret Clearance is an absolute hard stop for this one.

Interview Expectations

Expect the hiring team to test your ability to handle ambiguous problems by asking you to design an end-to-end data pipeline from a vaguely defined client use case. They want to see how you break down complex constraints and turn them into a viable prototype. You'll also likely face technical deep dives into Python and Palantir Foundry architectures, where the interviewer is secretly checking if you can troubleshoot production-grade performance issues under tight deadlines without hand-holding.

Application Advice

Make sure your resume explicitly highlights your hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP deployments, preferably within the public sector or defense space. Don't just list Python; emphasize how you used it to build production-grade applications that solved actual business problems. Call out your Active Secret Clearance right at the top so the ATS and recruiters immediately flag you as a qualified candidate.
