Job Description & Details
This is a heavy-hitting, client-facing advisory role where you will be bridging the gap between high-level enterprise stakeholders and deep technical implementation for Adobe platforms. If you enjoy leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives without getting bogged down in writing raw code every single day, this 12-month contract is right in your wheelhouse.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Your day-to-day will involve driving enterprise client engagements, leading discovery workshops, and translating complex business KPIs into rock-solid technical blueprints. You will manage customer data collection, audience segmentation, and activation strategies while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned. Expect to spend a lot of time running workshops, presenting solution demonstrations, and mentoring junior consulting teams on how to effectively deploy Adobe stacks.
The Core Tech Stack
You need deep, hands-on muscle memory with the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem, specifically at least two of the following: Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Mix Modeler, and Adobe Analytics. Beyond clicking around in the UI, you need a strong grasp of underlying data schemas, APIs, SQL querying, and data validation because clients will expect you to defend your technical architecture decisions against rigorous enterprise scrutiny.
Interview Expectations
The hiring manager will likely test your ability to handle ambiguous enterprise requirements by asking how you would translate a vague marketing goal into a concrete AEP schema and data ingestion strategy. They want to see how you think on your feet, so be ready to walk through a past project where you managed conflicting stakeholder priorities during an enterprise rollout. Focus heavily on your architectural rationale and communication style, not just the final tool configuration.
Application Advice
Make sure your resume screams enterprise consulting and hands-on Adobe Experience Platform delivery, rather than just basic campaign management. Explicitly weave in keywords like Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, audience segmentation, and solution strategy so you easily clear the ATS filters. Highlight your experience leading client-facing discovery sessions and managing large-scale implementations to prove you can hit the ground running on day one.
