Solutions Engineer, Implementation & Delivery

Not Disclosed

Job Description & Details

This is a hands-on technical delivery role where you will own enterprise housing account deployments from sales handoff all the way to go-live. It bridges the gap between customer success, technical integration, and product feedback, making it ideal for someone who likes talking to clients just as much as they like debugging code.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll spend your days partnering directly with customer engineering teams to map complex operational workflows into platform settings. Expect to roll up your sleeves with data and API layers, manage custom integrations, and handle data migrations. You will also travel on-site to enterprise customer locations roughly 25% of the time to build relationships and guide critical launch milestones.

The Core Tech Stack

You need to bring solid hands-on expertise working across REST APIs, system integrations, and SQL for data validation. Because you'll be dealing with complex enterprise SaaS deployments, knowing how to analyze data trends and troubleshoot migration pipelines is non-negotiable. The engineering-first culture here relies on you keeping these integrations airtight so customers can scale seamlessly.

Interview Expectations

Expect the hiring team to test your API debugging and data migration strategies by asking you to walk through a time a critical customer integration failed right before go-live and how you triaged it. They are secretly looking for your ability to manage high-pressure stakeholder dynamics while simultaneously keeping a cool technical head to diagnose the root cause. You should also be ready to explain a complex system architecture you've mapped out in the past to a non-technical audience.

Application Advice

To get past the ATS, make sure your resume explicitly highlights your experience with REST APIs, SQL data validation, and enterprise SaaS implementations. Don't just list buzzwords; weave metrics about successful go-lives, data migration volumes, and cross-functional ownership into your bullet points. Emphasize any background in high-growth startups or consulting where you regularly owned the client relationship from scoping to launch.
