Full Stack .NET Developer

Everforth Apex

Job Description & Details

This is a solid enterprise gig focused on modernizing legacy web portals and patching up security vulnerabilities for a major financial services ecosystem. You'll be bridging the gap between .NET backends and modern Angular frontends while getting to experiment with AI-assisted workflows like Copilot. If you enjoy untangling legacy code and refactoring it into clean, maintainable systems, this role hits the sweet spot.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Your day-to-day will be a mix of front-end feature development in Angular and deep-dive backend maintenance using C#. You'll spend a good chunk of your time refactoring older codebase structures, wiping out security vulnerabilities, and optimizing application performance across IIS servers. Expect to collaborate heavily with other engineering pods, utilizing Python scripts to automate tedious workflows and leaning on CI/CD pipelines to push secure code safely to production.

The Core Tech Stack

You need to be completely fluent in C#, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and Angular (v10+). They aren't just looking for someone who can write code that works; they need a developer who truly understands Single Page Application (SPA) architecture and RESTful API integration. Python scripting and IIS server experience are absolute must-haves here because you'll be dealing with automation and server-side configurations regularly.

Interview Expectations

Expect the hiring team to ask you how you approach refactoring a massive, tightly-coupled legacy codebase without breaking existing business logic. They want to hear about your systematic approach to identifying code smells, writing comprehensive unit tests, and safely migrating features to a modern SPA architecture. You'll also likely get grilled on web security vulnerabilities, specifically how you identify and remediate OWASP Top 10 risks in a .NET and Angular environment.

Application Advice

Make sure your resume doesn't just list technologies, but explicitly highlights your hands-on experience with refactoring legacy systems and securing web applications. Weave keywords like Angular v10+, C#, TypeScript, SPA architecture, IIS, and Python automation directly into your professional summary and recent project descriptions to effortlessly clear their ATS filters.
