Physical Security Systems Project Manager

nTech Workforce Inc.

Job Description & Details

This is a heavy-duty 24-month W2 contract centered around managing physical security initiatives for power generation facilities and corporate locations. If you don't have hands-on enterprise access control experience, specifically with CCure 9000, don't waste your time applying because it's a strict non-negotiable prerequisite.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You will spend your days bridging the gap between operations, IT, compliance, and third-party vendors to keep physical security projects moving. Your core responsibility is to own the lifecycle of infrastructure upgrades, from initial scoping and scheduling in Microsoft Project all the way through testing, turnover, and final closeout across multiple high-security sites.

The Core Tech Stack

CCure 9000 is the undisputed anchor of this role, and you need to know it inside and out for system administration, configuration, and operational support. Alongside access control, you will lean heavily on Microsoft Project for dependency tracking and status reporting, while also needing working familiarity with video management systems like ExacqVision to tie everything together cleanly.

Interview Expectations

The hiring manager will likely test your technical grit by asking how you handle a scenario where a critical CCure 9000 integration fails right before a compliance audit, and they are secretly looking to see if you can calmly coordinate between IT, vendors, and operations without dropping the ball. Another classic question they'll throw at you is how you manage scope creep on a physical security deployment when contractors run behind schedule, so be ready with a real-world project management war story.

Application Advice

To get past the ATS and land an interview, make sure 'CCure 9000' and 'Microsoft Project' appear prominently in your resume summary, ideally paired directly with your experience managing physical security or infrastructure projects. Ditch the generic project management fluff and explicitly highlight your background coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors in compliance-heavy environments like utilities or corporate facilities.
