Job Description & Details

This is a solid contract gig for a full-stack engineer who actually knows how to bridge the gap between front-end UI and robust Java backends. You will be dropping right into the telecommunications sector working with RAN and Ather environments, meaning you need to be comfortable dealing with complex enterprise domains rather than just building simple CRUD apps.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll spend your days designing, building, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications with a heavy focus on integrating RESTful APIs. Expect to collaborate closely with product and cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into clean code. Beyond writing new features, you'll be knee-deep in troubleshooting, debugging production issues, participating in rigorous code reviews, and handling deployment activities to keep business-critical telecom infrastructure running smoothly.

The Core Tech Stack

You are going to live and breathe ReactJS on the front end and Spring Boot on the back end. The team explicitly needs someone who doesn't just dabble in these frameworks, but has deep, production-level expertise in orchestrating them together. Because this role touches RAN and Ather technologies, prior exposure to telecom-specific environments isn't just a nice-to-have—it's the linchpin that will keep you from drowning in domain-specific jargon during your first week.

Interview Expectations

Expect the technical screen to test your ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks in a distributed Spring Boot architecture while also evaluating your state management patterns in React. They are going to ask you how you handle API versioning and fault tolerance when downstream telecom services fail. The interviewer isn't looking for a textbook definition; they want to see your troubleshooting methodology and how you reason through high-availability system constraints under pressure.

Application Advice

Make sure your resume screams full-stack competence with prominent placement of ReactJS and Spring Boot right at the top. Don't just list tech stacks; explicitly highlight your past experience working within telecommunications, RAN, or Ather environments to get past the recruiter's initial keyword screen. Weave measurable achievements about API integrations and performance tuning into your bullet points to prove you can hit the ground running.
