Technical Lead – AWS Cloud

Radiantze INC

Job Description & Details

This is a hands-on Technical Lead role where you won't just be drawing diagrams in Lucidchart, you'll actually be writing code and setting up the serverless pipelines yourself. Radiantze INC needs someone who can bridge the gap between high-level cloud architecture and day-to-day engineering execution, specifically driving their AWS modernization efforts.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll spend your days designing and building event-driven microservices, wrestling with complex Step Function workflows, and keeping an eye on EKS clusters. Half your time will go into technical leadership—running design reviews, unblocking developers, and setting coding standards—while the other half is deep in the AWS console implementing secure, scalable serverless solutions and fixing tricky performance bottlenecks in production.

The Core Tech Stack

You need absolute mastery over AWS, specifically AWS Lambda for serverless, Step Functions for orchestration, and Amazon EKS for containers. On top of that, EventBridge is non-negotiable since their entire ecosystem relies on event-driven design. Bring solid Infrastructure as Code skills using Terraform or CDK, and proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java to build out those microservices smoothly.

Interview Expectations

Expect them to throw a complex distributed systems failure scenario at you, asking how you would debug an intermittent latency spike across multiple asynchronous Lambda functions communicating via EventBridge. They want to see your mental model for observability and tracing. You'll also likely get grilled on your Kubernetes multi-tenancy and security strategies within AWS VPCs, so brush up on IAM least-privilege principles and EKS networking before hopping on the call.

Application Advice

Make sure your resume screams AWS and leadership simultaneously. Don't just list technologies; highlight specific metrics where you scaled a serverless application or reduced cloud infrastructure costs using Terraform. Drop exact keywords like 'Amazon EKS', 'AWS Step Functions', 'EventDriven Architecture', and 'Infrastructure as Code' right into your experience bullets to clear their ATS without breaking a sweat.
