Full Stack Developer – AWS Cloud

Radiantze INC

Job Description & Details

This is a heavy cloud-focused full-stack role where you will be building and maintaining distributed systems rather than just pushing UI code. Radiantze INC is looking for someone who can comfortably bridge the gap between modern frontend frameworks and hardcore serverless and containerized AWS infrastructure.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You will spend your days designing scalable microservices, stitching together asynchronous event-driven flows, and ensuring your React or Angular UI talks smoothly to robust backend APIs. You'll be knee-deep in setting up AWS Step Functions, managing Kubernetes clusters on EKS, and writing serverless code using Lambda. The real challenge here is keeping these distributed, cloud-native systems performant, secure, and resilient under production loads while coordinating closely with DevOps and architecture teams.

The Core Tech Stack

You need absolute fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript on the frontend alongside a solid backend language like Node.js, Python, or Java. On the cloud side, the non-negotiables are AWS Lambda, Amazon EKS, and EventBridge, meaning you should instinctively know how to build event-driven pipelines and containerized microservices without needing hand-holding. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code like Terraform will also save you a lot of headaches in this environment.

Interview Expectations

Expect the interview panel to grill you on how you handle distributed state management and error handling across async services like AWS Step Functions and Lambda. They will likely present a scenario involving a failing microservice in an EKS cluster and ask you to walk through your debugging and logging strategy using CloudWatch. The hiring manager is secretly looking for a pragmatic engineer who understands trade-offs between serverless architectures and containerization, rather than someone who just memorized AWS documentation.

Application Advice

When updating your resume for this position, don't just list technologies—highlight specific production milestones where you scaled a serverless application or managed Kubernetes deployments on EKS. Make sure acronyms like CI/CD, REST APIs, IAM, and EventBridge are explicitly woven into your bullet points so you easily clear the initial automated keyword filters.
