Job Summary
Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping solutions, drive implementation of Discovery, CMDB, Connected Operations, Governance, Cloud Insights, and Observability. Collaborate cross‑functionally to align ITOM initiatives with business goals, mentor junior staff, and enforce best‑practice frameworks.
