This is a senior‑level manager role focused on keeping the CAPPS platform secure and running smoothly for Texas state agencies. You’ll be the bridge between the Comptroller’s office, external vendors, and the development teams, making sure the PeopleSoft ecosystem stays compliant and reliable.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
