Job Description & Details
This is a boots-on-the-ground client-facing role where you will be embedding directly with engineering teams to get cutting-edge AI tools deployed into messy enterprise environments. If you enjoy jumping into the deep end, configuring live integrations, and figuring out why an LLM agent isn't talking to an internal database, this is your kind of gig. It's entirely onsite in Juno Beach, so don't apply if you're looking for remote flexibility.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Your days will be a mix of client consulting and hands-on systems hacking. You'll spend your morning on-site configuring AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot, and your afternoon setting up secure tunnels with Cloudflare or ngrok so these tools can talk to client infrastructure without setting off security alarms. You'll also write plenty of Python glue code, build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and occasionally dip your toes into fine-tuning datasets and prompt evaluation. It's fast-paced, highly collaborative, and you'll often have to troubleshoot live integration issues right in front of the client.
The Core Tech Stack
Python is your primary weapon here for writing automation scripts and handling API integrations, but you also need a strong conceptual grip on Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture. The team relies heavily on tunneling tech like ngrok and Cloudflare Tunnels, alongside standard Git workflows and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Familiarity with AI developer tools like Devin or GitHub Copilot is an absolute non-negotiable, and any exposure to RAG or vector databases will instantly move your resume to the top of the pile.
Interview Expectations
Expect the hiring team to grill you on how you'd securely expose a local development environment to an external AI agent without violating enterprise security policies, so be ready to talk through the mechanics of SSH tunneling and reverse proxies. They will also likely ask you to design a simple Model Context Protocol (MCP) server from scratch; the interviewer is secretly testing whether you understand schema definitions, tool calling, and how to safely bridge an LLM to a local SQL database.
Application Advice
Make sure your resume doesn't read like a generic web developer CV. Front-load your Python experience, explicitly mention any hands-on work you've done with AI coding assistants, and highlight projects where you built custom API integrations or worked directly with stakeholders. Drop exact keywords like 'Model Context Protocol', 'ngrok', 'LoRA', and 'Python scripting' straight into your experience bullets so you clear the ATS filters without a hitch.
