Job Description & Details
This is a heavy-hitting engineering role inside the Agentic Content Systems team where you will actually be building AI-native tooling, agentic workflows, and validation pipelines. It's fast-paced, high-exploration work spanning rapid prototyping across Frontier, Forge, and Foundations sub-teams, meaning you'll need to know when to scale a system or kill a bet quickly.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll spend your days designing and shipping agentic workflows that replace legacy manual processes, while building robust dashboards for content pillar leads to aggregate agentic signals. Expect to build eval pipelines, validation harnesses, and supervised 'on-the-loop' handoff workflows. You'll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, rapidly prototyping new AI-powered tools, integrating external and internal tech, and extending shared knowledge-layer infrastructure while documenting APIs cleanly for smooth handoffs.
The Core Tech Stack
You'll need a rock-solid grasp of the full software development lifecycle and backend/frontend engineering fundamentals, coupled with modern AI tooling experience. Proficiency with SQL, development software, and building dashboard surfaces or UI iterations is crucial. The team heavily relies on AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate delivery, so being comfortable leveraging LLMs and advanced tooling in your day-to-day coding loop is a non-negotiable expectation.
Interview Expectations
Expect the hiring manager to ask you to design an agentic workflow that loops in human validation without creating massive operational bottlenecks, and they'll want you to explain how you'd handle silent failures in an autonomous pipeline. They are secretly looking for architectural maturity—knowing when full automation is dangerous versus when a human-in-the-loop 'on-the-loop' safeguard is required. Prepare for a deep dive into your experience with rapid prototyping and how you systematically evaluate trade-offs when integrating experimental AI APIs.
Application Advice
Make sure your resume leans hard into your systems design experience, full-stack capabilities, and any past work involving AI-native tooling, LLM integrations, or evaluation pipelines. Pull exact keywords from the JD like 'agentic workflows', 'validation harnesses', 'dashboards', and 'SDLC' to ensure you clear the ATS, but frame your bullet points around actual shipped products and measurable velocity rather than just listing technologies.
