Job Description & Details

This is a hands-on Full Stack Engineer role focused on building out the next iteration of AI-driven claims processing systems. You'll be working directly on the Claims AI 10.0 scaling initiative, bridging the gap between heavy enterprise data workflows and slick, responsive user interfaces.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll spend your days designing, coding, and scaling end-to-end applications that tie complex AI/ML pipelines directly into business-critical workflows. Expect to build and maintain both the frontend user experiences and the backend services, APIs, and data exchange layers. You'll be collaborating heavily with product managers, data science teams, and platform engineers to ensure that the automation tools being rolled out across different lines of business actually perform reliably under heavy production loads.

The Core Tech Stack

You need to bring a solid mix of modern frontend capabilities and enterprise-grade backend knowledge. On the frontend, JavaScript and TypeScript coupled with modern UI frameworks are non-negotiable since you'll be building user-facing automation tools. On the backend, proficiency across .NET, Python, Java, or Node.js is required to handle workflow orchestration, API design, and secure data exchange. Familiarity with cloud-native patterns and secure coding practices will also be critical since you're touching enterprise claims data.

Interview Expectations

Expect the hiring team to grill you on how you handle state management, asynchronous data flows, and error handling when integrating unpredictable AI/ML service responses into a synchronous UI. They are secretly testing whether you can build resilient applications that don't crash when backend AI services timeout or return malformed payloads. You should also be ready to walk through a system design problem where you scale a workflow orchestration pipeline across multiple enterprise lines of business.

Application Advice

To get past the ATS for this role, make sure your resume explicitly highlights your experience building both robust APIs on the backend and interactive interfaces on the frontend. Don't just list technologies like TypeScript, .NET, Python, or Java; explicitly mention how you used them to build workflow-driven applications, secure services, or integrate machine learning models. Emphasize your experience with cloud-native patterns and CI/CD best practices to show you can own features from development all the way to production observability.
