Senior AI-Driven Full Stack / Platform Engineer

Not Disclosed

Job Description & Details

This is a heavy-hitting platform engineering role where you will be building the internal tools and AI-driven workflows that power other developers. If you enjoy creating self-service platforms, automating SDLC bottlenecks, and experimenting with generative AI agents rather than just writing standard CRUD apps, this position will keep you challenged.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll spend your days designing and building internal platform products, reusable SDKs, and automated CI/CD pipelines that streamline the software development lifecycle. A major portion of your time will go into architecting RAG pipelines, integrating LLMs, and building agentic workflows to genuinely boost engineering productivity. Expect to jump across the stack from low-level backend APIs to front-end developer dashboards while working closely with architecture and DevOps teams.

The Core Tech Stack

You need a broad foundation here, specifically strong backend chops in Java, Python, or Golang, paired with modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular. Because this is a true platform and cloud role, deep familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is non-negotiable. On top of standard cloud-native tech, they expect you to be comfortable wading into emerging AI spaces like Generative AI, RAG architectures, and AI-assisted development tooling.

Interview Expectations

Expect them to grill you on how you would design a scalable, self-service developer portal from scratch, focusing heavily on failure modes, multi-cloud considerations, and adoption metrics. The hiring manager is secretly testing whether you can build tools that developers will actually want to use rather than just administrative hurdles they try to bypass. You'll also likely be asked to break down a practical scenario for implementing a secure RAG pipeline over internal codebases, looking for your grasp of latency, context windows, and hallucination reduction.

Application Advice

Make sure your resume highlights specific metrics around developer productivity, internal tooling adoption, or infrastructure automation rather than just listing project names. Weave in explicit keywords from the job description like 'RAG architectures', 'developer self-service', 'platform engineering', and your exact blend of backend languages to ensure you clear the automated filters and immediately grab the attention of the engineering lead.
