AI Content Developer

Kforce

Job Description & Details

This role is a unique hybrid of instructional design and cutting-edge generative AI, tasking you with building advanced technical training materials for cybersecurity domains like SASE and SD-WAN. If you enjoy translating deeply complex engineering concepts into digestible, modern learning experiences using AI tools, this gig gives you the sandbox to do just that.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Your day-to-day revolves around acting as the bridge between raw technical subject matter and engaging educational media. You will spend time collaborating with engineers and security experts, feeding their insights into tools like Claude to draft scripts, microlearning modules, and scenario-based assessments. You'll also wrestle with the output quality of AI-generated video and text, ensuring that complex cybersecurity topics are explained accurately without sounding like a robot wrote them.

The Core Tech Stack

You need to know your way around advanced LLM platforms like Claude, mastering prompt engineering to get precise educational outputs rather than generic fluff. Familiarity with emerging architectures like RAG and AI agents is crucial since you'll be building workflows that rely on accurate context retrieval. If you've previously touched learning management systems or AI video generation tools like Colossyan, you'll feel right at home.

Interview Expectations

Expect them to hand you a dense, highly technical document on a topic like SSE and ask you to explain your prompting strategy to turn it into a 3-minute microlearning video script. They want to see if you can critically evaluate AI output for hallucinations and tone. Another likely scenario involves discussing how you would structure an evaluation or assessment to test a senior engineer's understanding of AI security, so be prepared to defend your pedagogical approach.

Application Advice

Skip the generic resume summary and put your LLM prompting and technical writing front and center. Highlight any specific instances where you used generative AI to build training modules, write video scripts, or streamline content workflows. Make sure keywords like Claude, RAG, scenario-based learning, and prompt engineering are explicitly written in your experience section so you easily clear the initial ATS filter.
