Job Description & Details

This is a hands-on 12-month contract building custom AI-powered solutions right in the heart of the Microsoft ecosystem. If you are tired of standard CRUD apps and want to spend your days knee-deep in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and enterprise integrations, this gig gives you direct exposure to serious AI transformation initiatives.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You will spend your days designing, configuring, and deploying custom enterprise copilots and conversational AI solutions that actually move the needle for business productivity. Expect to wire up Microsoft Graph APIs, build out Power Automate workflows, and wrangle Copilot Studio to solve messy operational bottlenecks. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders explaining what AI can realistically do and the technical reality of getting it shipped securely and at scale.

The Core Tech Stack

You need absolute fluency in Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate. Beyond the low-code tools, you must be comfortable cutting code in C#, .NET, TypeScript, or Python to build custom connectors, plugins, and REST API integrations. A solid grasp of Azure OpenAI Services, prompt engineering, and Microsoft Graph API is non-negotiable since you will be pulling enterprise data into these generative models safely and efficiently.

Interview Expectations

Expect the hiring team to hand you a scenario where an enterprise copilot is hallucinating data or failing to pull specific records via a custom connector, asking you to walk them through your exact debugging and prompt tuning methodology. They want to see how you balance out-of-the-box Microsoft features with custom code, so be ready to explain a time you had to extend Copilot Studio using Azure OpenAI or custom plugins rather than just relying on standard UI toggles.

Application Advice

Your resume needs to scream enterprise Microsoft experience before an ATS will even look at it. Don't just list Power Apps; explicitly highlight projects where you built custom copilots, integrated Azure AI Services, or managed governance and security within M365 environments. Make sure keywords like Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, and C# are front and center in your experience bullet points.
